Eligibility for Returns
• Eligible Items: All e-commerce items except for launch monitors are eligible for return.
• Non-Eligible Items: Custom installations, work, or custom cut products are non-refundable.
Return Time Frame
• Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items.
Return Process
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@golfmyspace.com with your order details and reason for return.
• Please ensure that you provide proof of purchase or receipt when initiating the return.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping labels and covering the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• You have 24 hours to cancel from the time of ordering, without incurring any fees.
• After 24 hours, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
• We offer exchanges for items that are unopened and unused. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact customer service within the 30-day return period.
Defective or Damaged Items
• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please inspect all items upon delivery and contact us within 30 days to arrange for an exchange.
• We will cover the cost of shipping for the return of defective or damaged items and send a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
Custom Installations
• Custom installations and any related work are non-refundable and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
